Top Global Luxury Goods Conglomerate located in Secaucus, NJ has an immediate need for 3 consultants to work in their Technical Support area. This project will start out as a 3 month consulting engagement but can end up as a more long term situation. You would be supporting a large user base & the role is a mix of phone & desktop support.
- This person needs to have at least 5 years’ experience doing Level 1 & 2 support- working in a large corporate help desk environment. (2600 users now)
- They must have EXCELLENT communication skills.
- EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills.
- Have extensive experience supporting PC’s, MAC’s, IPhone, IPad.
- Air Watch experience is highly desirable.
- Person must be extremely motivated.
- This person will be taking calls as well as doing desktop support work.
